Audrey Mazibuko concludes her formal mentoring role after more than four decades of service in education. Audrey devoted 41 years to education and served Masibambane College with distinction, holding roles including Grade Co-ordinator, HOD, Deputy Head, and, from 2016, Headmistress of the Junior Primary School. Her influence on the development of the Realema Teacher Intern Programme was profound.
She is widely respected for her commitment to collaborative professional learning and for the lasting impact she has had on both students and colleagues. As an OISESA mentor, she has shared her wisdom and experience with generosity and insight, supporting schools with thoughtful guidance and encouragement. Her contribution to education and to OISESA has been both significant and deeply valued.
