Liz Klug has been associated with OISESA since its inception, bringing extensive leadership, mentoring, and governance expertise to her role as mentor. Her former experience as a mentor for IQAA also proved extremely valuable.
Liz was Head of the High School at Epworth School in Pietermaritzburg. Appointed in 2004, she served in this role until her retirement at the end of 2015. She graduated from the University of KwaZulu-Natal with BSc and BCom degrees and later completed a Graduate Certificate in Education at the University of Zimbabwe. She began her teaching career at Hamilton High School, where she taught Mathematics and Accounting.
Her contribution to the development of OISESA’s governance standards and reporting templates has been particularly influential, and she will continue to support OISESA as a report editor.
